For one day only, Granville Arcade indoor market in Brixton is hosting a pop-up crafts fair - and you can be part of it.

Granville (also known as Brixton Village) is a 1930s arcade market in the heart of Brixton which is currently home to the UK's largest "slack space" project. An array of new community-driven creative businesses and temporary pop-up shops have taken over its empty units - and every Saturday we're running fun events to bring new people into the market.

This Saturday, an array of workshops are taking place in shops throughout the market, while the avenues between the shops will be transformed as crafts makers from around the area are invited to come and sell their work and give demonstrations.

We're rounding up fifty smallish tables (think desk-size) to serve as stalls - and if you want to be part of it, you can book one now.

Here's what you need to know:

- things start at 11am, so you'll need to be at the market by 10.30 to set up

- bring materials so you can give demonstrations, as well as finished goods - this makes it more fun for everyone!

- we're providing tables, but if you need a seat you'll have to bring your own

- we also suggest you bring something to cover your table and make it look prettier

The day goes on till 5pm, so make sure you have the whole afternoon free! There are plenty of tasty places to grab a snack around the market and there will be events happening all through the day.
